What ages is Litejam suitable for?

Our app is available for iOS and Android smartphones. Tablet and desktop versions are under consideration.
How does Litejam work?
It uses smart RGB LEDs installed in the fretboard to visually guide you through chords, scales, and songs via the Litejam app.
The system uses Bluetooth-connected data to synchronize visuals with lessons and exercises.
Do I need to upgrade to the Litejam App Premium?
Not required — the Litejam app includes all essential features needed for playing. Premium or future upgrades may offer additional tools.
Do I need to charge the LED lights in the fretboard?
Yes. The guitar has a built-in rechargeable battery 4000mAh that powers the lights and Bluetooth.
How long do the Litejam Guitar LED lights work between charges?
Up to 6–10 hours of active use per charge, depending on brightness settings and activity.
Can I remove the fingerboard lighting later?
The Litejam LED system is a full PCB board integrated into the neck and cannot be removed into individual strips. If an issue occurs, we replace the entire neck assembly to ensure proper alignment and safe installation. The Controller, however, can be removed and replaced more easily if the problem is related to the control unit.
Can I purchase a guitar without the Litejam fingerboard lights?
Litejam guitars are designed with the LED fingerboard as a core feature, so we do not offer a non-LED version. If you prefer a traditional playing experience, you can simply turn off the lights — the guitar plays and feels just like a normal electric guitar.
Can I use lemon / mineral oil on the fretboard or will it damage the LED lights?
Yes you can – it won’t affect them at all.
Where do you ship from?
We ship primarily from Shenzhen, China.
US orders are fulfilled locally from our California warehouse when stock is available.
- When in stock, orders ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse to your address
- If an item is not currently in stock, fulfillment may take 4–12 weeks, depending on production and inbound shipment schedules
- UK & EU orders will be fulfilled locally once regional stock is live (from Mar-April 2026 onward)
- When local stock is not available, orders are shipped from China with customs-cleared, door-to-door delivery DDP Term . some countries that need TAX ID to do custom clearance.
For countries where we do not yet have local stock or a fulfillment center, orders will be shipped by air freight only, with shipping costs typically ranging between USD $150–$180 per unit, depending on destination.
Shipping origin, method, and estimated delivery time will always be shown at checkout.
Do you provide international VAT?
Yes - we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for most countries.
This means your taxes and import duties are included in your checkout price, so no extra charges upon arrival.

Can I request a custom color or finish?
Sorry to disappoint you, but currently, we do not offer custom color finishing anymore.
Do you provide a manufacturer warranty?
Litejam includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manu
Will you make a bass or acoustic version?
Yes. We plan to release acoustic and bass versions in 2026 as part of our expanded Litejam lineup.
Do you support left-handed players?
Yes — we will offer a left-handed version. However, it may not always be in stock because production takes more time. Pre-orders will be available when batches are ready.
Does Litejam support Bluetooth headphones?
No — the current Litejam model (RGB24) does not support direct headphone connection (wired or Bluetooth).
Litejam connects via Bluetooth for control and app interaction.
Will there be ongoing app updates after launch?
Yes — our team will continue to release optimization updates, bug fixes, and new content after launch.
All updates are free via the app.
How does warranty work?
Litejam includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering:
- Electronics
- LED strips
- Structural defects
- Manufacturing faults
Not covered: accidental damage, moisture, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
