Return & Refund Policy (Litejam)
Litejam values customer satisfaction and complies with applicable United States consumer protection laws. All returns are processed through BAS Instrument, Litejam’s authorized refurbish and return partner.
1. Return Window (US Standard)
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
After 14 days, returns may be accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, subject to review.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Product not functioning as intended upon arrival
- The product does not function as described
❌ Not Eligible (unless required by law)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
- Missing accessories not originally reported
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns due to change of mind or personal preference may be subject to different conditions and shipping responsibility.
2. How to Start a Return

Returns are not accepted without an approved return request.
Required Information
When submitting the return form, customers will be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Product SKU
- Serial number
- Reason for return
- Photos or video (if applicable)
Important Notice
- All returns must be submitted through the return form above.
- Email inquiries alone do not constitute a return request.
- Return authorization is required before shipping any product back.
- Products shipped without approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
Our team will review each request and determine return eligibility and shipping responsibility in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

Defective or incorrect item
→ Litejam will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Non-defective returns (e.g. change of mind)
→ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Litejam does not charge restocking fees for defective products.

5. Inspection Process
Upon receipt, all returned products are inspected by BAS Instrument.
Products are assessed for:
- Functional condition
- Physical condition
- Completeness (accessories, components)
Inspection typically takes 3–10 business days after delivery to the return facility.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the inspection is completed
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Litejam error or a product defect
If a product shows signs of misuse or damage not caused by Litejam, a partial refund or return denial may apply. Customers will be notified before any final decision.
7. Refurbished or Replacement Products
Returned items that meet quality standards may be:
- Refurbished and resold
- Used as replacement units
- Allocated to wholesale or online channels
This does not affect the customer’s refund rights.
8. Legal Rights (US Consumers)
This policy does not limit any rights granted under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
