LiteJam products are engineered to deliver a reliable and enjoyable experience.
This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to obtain service if your product develops an issue.

By purchasing a LiteJam product from www.litejam.com or an authorized retailer, you agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.


1. Limited Warranty Coverage

LiteJam provides a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, LiteJam will—at its discretion—repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product if the item is found to have a defect in:

  • Workmanship

  • Materials

  • Manufacturing

Replacement units may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.


2. Proof of Purchase

Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase, such as:

  • Order confirmation from www.litejam.com

  • Invoice or receipt from an authorized retailer

  • Shipping confirmation showing date of delivery

Items purchased from non-authorized sellers or second-hand markets are not eligible for warranty coverage.


3. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects that arise under normal use, including:

  • Electrical or hardware malfunctions

  • Issues caused by defective components

  • Functional failures not caused by the user

LiteJam’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.


4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

User Damage

  • Drops, impacts, crushing, or physical abuse

  • Water or liquid damage outside the device’s rated tolerance

  • Burns, corrosion, or chemical exposure

  • Misuse, improper operation, or installation errors

Unauthorized Modifications

  • Opening the device

  • Altering internal components

  • Using third-party parts that cause damage

Cosmetic Damage

  • Scratches

  • Dents

  • Discoloration from wear or handling

Other Exclusions

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Damage from natural disasters

  • Normal aging, such as battery degradation over time

  • Products used commercially when intended only for personal use

LiteJam reserves the right to determine whether the issue falls under warranty.


5. Warranty Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LiteJam’s liability is limited solely to repair or replacement

  • No other warranties—express, implied, or statutory—are provided

  • LiteJam is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages

Some regions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain restrictions may not apply in your jurisdiction.


6. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved:

  • The original product must be returned (unless LiteJam waives this requirement)

  • LiteJam will cover outbound shipping for the replacement

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping, depending on the region and issue type

  • Replacement products may have minor cosmetic differences


7. Warranty for Accessories

Cables, cases, mounts, and other accessories are covered under a 12-month limited warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Consumables (e.g., stickers, adhesives, packaging) are not warranted.


8. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be void if:

  • The serial number or label is removed or altered

  • The product is repaired by unauthorized personnel

  • Damage results from third-party software or unsupported firmware

  • The product shows signs of tampering or intentional misuse


9. International Warranty

International orders are covered under this same warranty policy.
However:

  • Shipping fees, import taxes, and customs duties may apply

  • International repair or replacement availability may vary by region

LiteJam is not responsible for customs delays or fees on returned or replaced items.
