Thank you for choosing LiteJam. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from www.litejam.com.


1. Order Processing Time

After your order is placed, please allow 1–2 (US, EU, UK) business days for processing before shipment. For other countries, it may take up to 5 business days.
Processing includes:

  • Product inspection

  • Quality checks

  • Packaging

  • Handoff to our logistics partners

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday and holiday periods), processing times may increase.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method.
Once shipped, typical delivery windows are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Other Regions

  • Delivery times vary by country and logistics availability.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by customs delays, courier workload, weather conditions, or other factors outside LiteJam’s control.


3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

  • Courier information

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method

  • Product weight and dimensions

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • VAT/GST

  • Customs fees

  • Local handling charges

These charges are not included in your order total unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees required by local customs authorities.

LiteJam is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing the order.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • LiteJam is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

  • Additional reshipping fees may apply

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management

  2. Wait 48 hours in case of delayed scanning

  3. Contact the courier

If still unresolved, contact us at support@litejam.com, and we will assist.

Damaged packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damage and packaging

  • Contact support@litejam.com within 7 days of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or provide further assistance.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For pre-ordered or backordered items:

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shown on the product page

  • Shipment will begin once stock is available

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately

Updates will be sent via email.


9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable:

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded

  • A reshipping fee may apply for redelivery
