How does Litejam work?
It uses smart RGB LEDs installed in the fretboard to visually guide you through chords, scales, and songs via the Litejam app.
The system uses Bluetooth-connected data to synchronize visuals with lessons and exercises.
Do I need to upgrade to the Litejam App Premium?
Not required — the Litejam app includes all essential features needed for playing. Premium or future upgrades may offer additional tools.
Do I need to charge the LED lights in the fretboard?
Yes. The guitar has a built-in rechargeable battery 4000mAh that powers the lights and Bluetooth.
How long do the Litejam Guitar LED lights work between charges?
Up to 6–10 hours of active use per charge, depending on brightness settings and activity.
Can I remove the fingerboard lighting later?
The Litejam LED system is a full PCB board integrated into the neck and cannot be removed into individual strips. If an issue occurs, we replace the entire neck assembly to ensure proper alignment and safe installation. The Controller, however, can be removed and replaced more easily if the problem is related to the control unit.
Can I purchase a guitar without the Litejam fingerboard lights?
Litejam guitars are designed with the LED fingerboard as a core feature, so we do not offer a non-LED version. If you prefer a traditional playing experience, you can simply turn off the lights — the guitar plays and feels just like a normal electric guitar.
Can I use lemon / mineral oil on the fretboard or will it damage the LED lights?
Yes you can – it won’t affect them at all.
Where do you ship from?
We ship primarily from Shenzhen, China, and we also operate fulfillment centers in the US, UK, and EU to support faster regional delivery.
Orders to the US, UK, and EU may be fulfilled locally when stock is available, and all shipments include customs-cleared delivery to your door.
Do you provide international VAT?
Yes — we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for most countries.
This means your taxes and import duties are included in your checkout price, so no extra charges upon arrival.

Does Litejam support Bluetooth headphones?
Yes — Litejam offers full Bluetooth audio output for wireless practice sessions.
Will there be ongoing app updates after launch?
Yes — our team will continue to release optimization updates, bug fixes, and new content after launch.
All updates are free via the app.
How does warranty work?
Litejam includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering:

Not covered: accidental damage, moisture, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
